Kona started life in 1988 by two founders who are still with the company today in Washington, USA. They have a huge range of bikes full stop, but the Kona Lisa RD model is the womens road bike offering for 2011 at a very good price.
Kona Lisa RD
The Kona Lisa RD is a 7005 race lite aluminium frame with carbon race forks. It has the Shimano 105 groupset including compact crankiest with a 12-25 10 speed rear gear. It runs on a Shimano RS10 wheelset and comes in white/turquoise in colour.
Kona’s offering is an aluminium road racing bike and is at the price range where you could get a carbon bike with a lower spec component set. So it is really at the top end of the aluminium bikes.
