Felt Womens Road Bikes
Felt has a women specific road bike range called the ZW series. In 2010 the range consisted of the ZW6, ZW75, ZW100 and the ZW1 frameset all of which were popular amongst buyers. In 2011/2012 the replacements to this series are the ZW6 and the ZW95, which offer women’s road bikes for different price ranges. Building on their fantastic reputation as a bike manufacturer Felt have looked at the real needs by reverse engineering the geometry of lady cyclists and have tweaked their designs to try and meet those needs and the desire to build the best bikes in the world. What does womens needs actually mean in practice? Well the saddles are slightly wider to give extra support, the handlebars are narrower and the stems are shorter. The frame tubes are thinner, the cranks are shorter and the gearing is set slightly differently. Even the brake levers offer adjustability for smaller hands.
In 2012 this engineering and feedback from riders has been poured into the ZW6 and ZW95 making these the best womens roads bike to date.
